Dummy Ticket from India to Singapore

A flight reservation from India to Singapore is a real seat held with the airline on the date you plan to travel, carrying the airline's own PNR. It shows your intended travel while the visa is decided — and it expires, so you never pay for a fare you may not use.

How the route is usually flown

• Singapore Airlines, IndiGo and Air India fly non-stop from several Indian cities; Scoot also flies many of these routes.
• Singapore Changi (SIN) is the arrival airport
• Typical searches: Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Kochi to Singapore

One-way or return

Many files show both directions — the arrival and the planned departure — on one return reservation. If you already hold one direction, a one-way reservation for the other is enough.

Booking it

• Search BLR to SIN (or your own cities) on your planned date — at least a few days ahead, because airlines refuse holds close to departure
• Choose a flight that fits your appointment and stay
• Enter every traveller's name exactly as in the passport
• Pay, and the PDF arrives by email once the airline issues the PNR — usually within 10 to 60 minutes

What it costs

One-way ₹400, return ₹600 per passenger, before 18% GST — ₹472 for one passenger one way in India, $5.90 from abroad.

Before you submit, open the airline's Manage Booking page and enter the PNR with the surname: the itinerary should come back exactly as printed.

Two honest limits: what can be held depends on the route, the class and the date, so the search shows what is actually available rather than promising a particular flight; and a minority of consulates require a confirmed, paid ticket — where that is the rule, no reservation satisfies it. Read the checklist of the mission handling your application before you book.
