How it works
A verifiable flight reservation for your visa file — in a few simple steps, usually delivered within an hour.
- Search your flight. Enter your route and travel date on the home page and search live flights with real airlines and schedules. Choose one-way or return. Only dates that an airline will still hold are offered, so departures need to be a few days ahead.
- Pick a flight & add passengers. Choose the option that matches the dates in your visa application, then add up to 9 passengers on one order. Enter every name exactly as it appears in the passport. For international flights we also ask for passport details.
- Add extras if you need them. You can add a hotel voucher as proof of accommodation, and for some destinations a visa application service is offered at checkout (its price is shown there and includes the government fee).
- Pay securely. The final price, including tax, is shown before you pay. In India pay in rupees by UPI, card or net banking; from abroad pay in US dollars or UAE dirhams by card, or in rupees via the Indian payment page.
- Receive your reservation. Our team places a genuine hold with the airline and, once the airline issues the PNR, emails you an embassy-ready PDF — usually within 10–60 minutes of payment.
Before you start
- Passport names for every traveller, spelled exactly as in the passport (given name and surname).
- Passport details for international flights.
- Your planned travel dates, matching what you write in the visa application form.
- An email address you can check — the PDF is sent there.
- Your appointment date, so you can book at the right time (see below).
What you get
A genuine reservation held with the airline, carrying the airline's own booking reference — not an edited or made-up document.
A clean reservation document showing the airline, flight number, route, dates and times, passenger names, PNR and status. See a sample.
The booking can be looked up on the airline's "Manage Booking" page with the PNR and the passenger's surname.
Most reservations reach your inbox 10–60 minutes after payment, 24×7.
When to book
A reservation is a hold, not a paid ticket, and holds don't last long — days, not weeks. The expiry is printed on your reservation.
For that reason, book close to your visa appointment, so the PNR is still live when your documents are reviewed. Remember that the flight itself must be a few days in the future — airlines refuse holds close to departure.
How to check your reservation
- Open the airline's website — the airline named on your PDF.
- Go to "Manage Booking" (some airlines call it "My Trips" or similar).
- Enter the PNR and the surname of one passenger, exactly as on the reservation. The booking should appear while the hold is valid.
Flight + hotel for a complete file
Embassies often ask for both a flight itinerary and proof of accommodation. You can add a hotel voucher to your flight order at checkout, or buy one on its own on the hotel voucher page.
Commonly used for
Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, UAE/Dubai and other visa files that ask for a flight itinerary.
Showing that you plan to leave a country, when an airline or authority asks for it.
Most consulates accept a verifiable reservation at the application stage, but a minority require a confirmed, paid ticket. Always check the document checklist of the embassy, consulate or visa centre handling your application. We provide the reservation; the visa decision is always the authority's.
Quick questions
Is this a paid ticket I can fly with?
No. It is a genuine airline reservation (hold) used as proof of intended travel. It is not a purchased ticket and does not let you board. Once your visa is approved, buy your actual ticket.
Why can't I pick a date in the next few days?
Airlines refuse holds close to departure, so the search only shows dates that can still be held.
What if my reservation expires before my appointment?
That is why we suggest booking close to the appointment date. Check the expiry printed on your reservation, and if you need help, email support@journeydeal.com with your order reference.
Can I book for my family on one order?
Yes — up to 9 passengers on one order, and orders with 2 or more travellers get a discount on the flight fee. See pricing.
