Terms of Service

By using this site you agree to these terms. We provide flight reservations (hold PNRs) and related documents intended as proof of intended travel for visa applications, immigration, proof of onward/return travel and quotes.

Nature of the service

A dummy ticket is a genuine but temporary reservation, not a confirmed, paid ticket. It does not entitle you to board a flight. Validity is time-limited and stated on your reservation.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate passenger details exactly as on the passport. You are responsible for how you use the reservation and for complying with the rules of the authority you submit it to.

Refunds

Because reservations are created and delivered promptly after payment, fees are generally non-refundable once the reservation is issued. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund the fee.

Liability

We are not liable for visa decisions, which rest solely with the issuing authority. Our liability is limited to the fee paid.
