The document is the same wherever you apply from: a genuine airline hold, the airline's own PNR, and a PDF by email. What changes is the consulate you are submitting to and what it asks for.

Applying from India

Indian passport holders are the largest group of applicants using dummy reservations, most often for Schengen, UK, US, Canada and Dubai visas. Reservations are issued in minutes and priced in rupees.

Applying from the Gulf — UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain

Residents applying for onward visas, and visitors who need proof of onward travel at check-in.

Applying from South-East Asia — Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia

Commonly for visa runs, proof of onward travel on one-way arrivals, and Schengen applications.

Wherever you are applying from, check your own consulate's wording first — most accept a confirmed reservation, and a few insist on a paid ticket.

Do you issue dummy tickets outside India?
Yes. The reservation is made with the airline, so where you are applying from does not restrict it.
Does the country I apply from change the document?
No. It is the same held reservation with the same airline PNR. What differs is what your consulate asks for.
Which currency am I charged in?
The reservation fee is shown before you pay, in the currency offered at checkout.
