Dummy Ticket for Family and Groups

When a family or a group applies together, the consulate usually wants to see that everyone travels on the same itinerary. One order covers it: every traveller is named on the same reservation, under the same airline PNR.

How it works

  • Search the route and date once
  • Add every traveller — adults and children — with names exactly as in each passport
  • Pay once; the reservation PDF lists every passenger and the PNR

What it costs

Priced per passenger: one-way ₹400 and return ₹600 per passenger before 18% GST. The total for the whole party is shown before you pay.

Getting the names right

The most common reason a file comes back is a name that does not match the passport. Copy each name exactly, including middle names, in the order printed in the passport.

Two honest limits: what can be held depends on the route, the class and the date, so the search shows what is actually available rather than promising a particular flight; and a minority of consulates require a confirmed, paid ticket — where that is the rule, no reservation satisfies it. Read the checklist of the mission handling your application before you book.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I add children?
Yes. Add each child with the name and date of birth from their passport. Infants may not be bookable on every airline's hold; the checkout says if an infant cannot be added.
Do all travellers get one PNR?
Travellers on the same order are held together on the airline's reservation, so they share the airline's PNR shown on the PDF.
Can family members apply separately with one reservation?
Yes — each applicant can submit the same PDF, as it names every traveller on the trip.
